Welcome To Orange Ave Gym

618 Mills Ave(Intersection of Colonial and Mills),Orlando FL 32803.      (407) 6489672.                                        This is America's Oldest Gym.It was Established in 1952. It was considered as the old school Training Center for upcoming Wrestlers,Bodybuilders and Powerlifters. The other activities included Bench Press. The gym had several Wrestlers and Body Builders who trained here over the years. It is now managed by former Mr.Orlando, Wrestling Champion and Body Builder: Stormy Granzig.His close pal Scott Hall (Wrestler) who trained here still comes by to say Hello.
Click on the above image for a view of the interior of the Gym.Site updated on 08/07/05.We have moved to a new location .We are now located at 618 Mills Ave in Orlando.We have shed the Old Grunge Gym look to accomodate more women at the gym.We did this considering all the members who might not be comfortable working out at a grunge gym.Hope all our members are happy with the new location and the gym's new look.We still have the same equipments, added a few new ones. We have free weights that go back to the old school gym and are invaluable to the Gym and the Members.
